Where do the user-style files come from?

And can I remove them?

If I look at the sources for my micro.blog site there are five user-style files. Where have they come from? Here’s the first section of code for the first one. What is Outbrain doing here?

A user (agent) style sheet is provided by your browser or a browser extension. Judging from the example you provide, it looks like it might come from an ad blocker.

That’s a relief. I was concerned that someone had managed to alter the CSS on the host.
