Uninstall base blog Theme Plugin impacting one-page site?

I plan to do the following:

switch the main blog from theme plugin A to theme B (A is no longer used by base theme, but the one-page site uses theme A)

by uninstalling the theme A plugin, can the one-page site continue to use the theme A plugin?

In other words, are theme plugins really associated with each site (main, test, one-page)?

Themes and plug-ins are totally separate for each site. Each site has its own storage, plug-ins, etc. Nothing will be shared between them.
