I’m getting an issue too. I have a video file well under the 75MB limit (48MB), but I can’t get it to upload for the life of me. I’ve tried the API, iOS app, Mac app, and on the web. I even tried exporting it in 720p from QuickTime so that it’d be a brand-new file. The Mac app is the only one that gives me any sort of error (Bad Gateway). But it does get the poster for the video uploaded. Very weird. Here’s a link to the clips: Dropover Cloud Upload

I’m having the same kind of problems. Videos will play in Safari but not other web browsers. We saw something similar after the release of the iPhone 16, but that was addressed.
Working on figuring this out.
I’ve confirmed that something is going wrong with our video processing. We haven’t changed it in a year at least, but it’s not working reliably in some browsers now. As a temporary measure I’ve disabled all video scaling for uploads less than 20 MB. After more testing, I’ll have a more complete fix.
