using Threads crossposter in beta for a while now, seems this broke somewhere near Aug 24, 2024 with no more posts sent across the wire. Currently, I’m only seeing a
Threads: Error creating media container.
in the micro.blog logs. Any way to track this down…?

I hadn’t noticed this but it’s an issue for me too.
Oh, ok, so at least it’s not just me. Thanks for the feedback. 
I was able to fix this by logging out of Threads and adding it back. I think that Meta requires users to re-authenticate periodically and Micro.blog hasn’t built in that notification or flow.
Ah. Indeed. Fixed that for me too. Thanks for the hint.
