I’m looking forward to experimenting with posting multi photo stories with the Sunlit app. I was wondering, is there any way to save your post as a draft in that app, in the same way that there is in the main micro.blog app? I couldn’t see one.

There’s not, but it is something we should add. One work-around I’ve used before is to create a test blog on Micro.blog (you can create it for free on your account under Design → Edit Themes → New Test Blog) and post to the test blog with Sunlit, then copy it to your real microblog when you’re ready.
