I’d like to set up a redirect page that appears in the blog navigation and redirects to an email address rather than another web page. Is that possible?
One might think the following could work, but due to how Micro.blog is currently implemented, it won’t. Maybe something for @manton to consider?
If you’re comfortable with custom themes, you can add whatever you want to the navigation that way. There are also some more or less hacky workarounds with JavaScript.
Otherwise, the easiest workaround is probably to set up a Hello page and link to that.
Yeah, Micro.blog only supports web URLs for redirects. Probably best to create a separate page with a mailto link for now.
