Premium plan not recognised on web


I sent an email to support a few days back but I didn’t get a response and still having this issue…

I am subscribed to the Premium plan. I tried to upload a video via the New Post web page to my blog (that I converted from a single page site). I received a message on screen telling me I need to upgrade to premium to upload video. I wasn’t able to upload it.

I am able to upload on the Uploads page. It’s the New Post page that warns me to upgrade my account.
