Possible to use a shorter URL for cross posting

Again, I am a new kid on this block. Apology for repeating something that was discussed before.

For blog posting here on micro.blog, I set up it automatically post to my Twitter account @fuzzygel. However, it is in the form of microblog.fuzzygel.com (my domain setting) then follows by /YYYY/MM/DD/“title of blog”

Is there any way to automatic the URL shortening using something like tinyurl ?

There is not, but Twitter also doesn’t count the length of a link against your character count. So short of wanting to track click analytics, there’s pretty much no advantage to using a shortening.

Agree that the advantage is not going to be huge, just look a bit more elegant for the twitter users, that’s all
