I was running into an issue where I would switch themes and my site wouldn’t render because the theme I chose did not have the same shortcode embedded.
I’d really like you folks to check it out and help me test it before I add it to the list of plugins.
Note: This doesn’t include the css, just the html so that this can render and I have every shortcode except the figure form the tufts theme. It uses the one from hello.
IMO, this is why shortcodes which are not plugins are an anti-pattern for Micro.blog themes. Users don’t expect their content to be tied to their theme. One could argue it’s part of what makes short codes an antipattern for any system where you intend to change themes not through your customization since it ties a theme/plug-in to your content.
