/photos shows everything, not only photos

I understand that MB creates a page at /photos with photos uploaded in posts. However, my /photos includes all posts. Very few of my posts have a category, but I am happy to add that going forward. How can I edit the template to show photos and only photos?

Here are a few things to try to see if it makes the photos page behave:

  • If you currently have a custom theme applied, set it to None on the Design page and click Update Design.
  • Try changing the Hugo version to 0.117 (also on the Design page).
  • Try temporarily changing to another theme, like Mythos.

The only one that worked was changing to Mythos (and leaving Hugo at 0.117).

It’s possible that Sumo doesn’t have a dedicated template for the photos page. I’ve made a note to check on it when I update the themes to support Hugo 0.158.
