Not receiving sign-in emails

Hi. I’ve been unable to sign in to new devices for months now using email authentication. I never receive the emails.

Likewise, I’ve sent several emails to help@micro.blog, and never received a reply. I assume it’s not for lack of trying.

I use Proton Mail. Are there known delivery problems?

I tried signing out and in again just now, and the email showed up in the inbox more or less instantly. I’m on Proton Mail as well. Hope @manton gets around to this soon.

I just followed up with @shawnyeager in email. The issue that sometimes happens is if there is ever a bounced email, Micro.blog’s email sender (SendGrid) will stop sending future emails. I really wish it didn’t work this way. I’ve cleared the block for this account.

@manton Hi…apologies for jumping on to this thread as I’ve been flummoxed from trying to google answer too… Having the same problem myself only difference being that on the odd occasion the email arrives hours afterwards (after the link has expired)… Can you assist Many thanks
