Newsletters not respecting “more” links

Can it be set to respect the “more” link so long posts don’t get fully included in the text of the newsletter?

This is on my wishlist but I don’t think it is possible

Yes, they can, editing the Newsletter template.

Cool. So I guess this is it, though unsure why not default?

  • .Summary: Text of the first 500 characters or everything before the <!--more--> comment if present. If using <!--more-->, value will be HTML.

Also, I think Tiny Theme has some adaptions, so maybe I need to ask there for tweaks if it’s not default.

Great. I guess @Mtt may have to create a newsletter microhook so our changes to the original don’t get overwritten by an update.
