I created my blog and indexed it on Google search Console already. The name of my blog is mikey2sure.micro.blog when you search for my blog on Google you will see it but my posts and articles are not coming up when you search for my blog.
Please how do I fix this issue.
Does everything look okay in Google Search Console? If there are no warnings or errors, there’s not much else you can do except hope the Google Gods decide to index your blog. In the end, there’s no guarantee—or human right—to be included in their index. Their algorithms might choose not to include your site at all, or they may only index parts of it. It also might take some time (think days, weeks months–not seconds) to be fully indexed.
One proactive step you can take is to manually submit a sitemap.xml file in Search Console. Yours is located at https://mikey2sure.micro.blog/sitemap.xml.
Update: I just took a look at your actual posts now, and honestly, they come across as a bit… spammy. 
So, you might want to lower your expectations about getting indexed because of that.
