My photo gallery links back to blog post, not full sized picture

Greetings!

I have Photos - danstark set up and showing all the photos that I have posted. I post almost exclusively through the iPhone app and while doing so a blog post along with the attached photos.

Now when I go to Photos - danstark and click on the photo, I am linked to the blog post and not a more full featured gallery.

Am I missing something or is this expected behavior?

I have tried multiple plugins for both photos and the blog main page and can’t seem to work out the workflow logic.

Thanks for any tips or pointers.

Great photos! I love this.

You’re right that it usually links to the blog post. We have the “photo collections” feature that will let blog visitors click through all the photos in a collection, but I don’t think there’s a plug-in to change the Photos page to use that yet. It should be possible… I’ll need to think about this a bit, unless there are other folks who have tried this already with a custom template.
