Micro.blog post address for linking

I’m using a customized theme with u-syndication links in my single.html template so that I can link to my blog entries cross-posted elsewhere and get webmentions back where possible. I’ve got it working for Mastodon, Bluesky, Tumblr and Threads:

However, I’d also like to link to the post on Micro.blog. Not my hosted blog, but the social side of Micro.blog (the reply page):

Is this possible? If so, can anyone lend some tips about how to go about it?

I was able to help myself on this one with the help of the plugin by @sod. Thanks for creating this. Awesome.
