Lost 'About' Page

I accidentally deleted my ‘About’ Page. How do I get it back?

I think I did this too and iirc pretty sure you can just create a new page and title it about

I just did this while tinkering, but if I create a new About page it didn’t recreate the original automagical one, it wants me to enter content for the page. How do I restore the original automagical one?
