Is the help email working?

I have a billing issue that I’ve tried to get rectified 3 times over the past 3 or 4 weeks but so far haven’t received a reply.

Is the email address for support working or do I need to do something different?

I can’t @ mention the help account on m.b because my account has been suspended

Also, I did think afterwards I should have added my thanks that M.b continues to let you login, access the Help site AND contact support even when you can’t post :+1:

…I once got stuck in an endless loop trying to contact PayPal support to request help logging into my account but to contact support I had to first log into my account :man_facepalming:
