I have a billing issue that I’ve tried to get rectified 3 times over the past 3 or 4 weeks but so far haven’t received a reply.
Is the email address for support working or do I need to do something different?

Also, I did think afterwards I should have added my thanks that M.b continues to let you login, access the Help site AND contact support even when you can’t post
…I once got stuck in an endless loop trying to contact PayPal support to request help logging into my account but to contact support I had to first log into my account
