We do have a way to hide comments on your blog now. On the Posts page, click “Curate Replies” next to a post and you can select posts to hide on your blog. This doesn’t actually remove the reply, though. If someone looks on the Micro.blog timeline, they can still see the reply. It hides the reply from the conversation list on your own blog.
