This is a bug I’ve seen come up for other people-- I’d email as well, but you didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t have insight into what happens, but I think certain types of states Stripe gets into and resolves on its own doesn’t get properly processed by Micro.blog all the time.
Okay… so do I just wait? What are the next steps? I’d really like to use the services I pay for.
Only Manton can fix it, he’s generally pretty quick to see these in the forum or by email.

Still not able to post. I know Manton can fix it. But radio silence?
I hate being that person. But $10 is a lot for a service that doesn’t work. I shouldn’t have to wait 3 days for an email back. Heck I haven’t even gotten that. I got a message via Mastodon from Manton that he’ll look into it. 2 days ago!!!
