How to include images when crossposting to Linkedin?

When automatically cross posting from micro.blog to LinkedIn, unfortunately the image is not added to the post on LinkedIn.
I tried png and jpeg, had height and width specified in the post.
Crossposting the same posts to Mastodon and Bluesky included the image.
LinkedIn posts work much better when they include an image, so it would be great if this would work. Any ideas?

I would love it if there was a way to do this. Are there any suggestions or workarounds?

Now I am using n8n https://n8n.io/ and created a workflow to check the micro.blog RSS and post to LinkedIn (currently only post with image and plain text posts) to LinkedIn. Works reliable, but still has some minor problems with some formating

We’re still planning to add images to LinkedIn cross-posts in the future, so it works more like our cross-posting to Mastodon and Bluesky.
