I’m curious how those of you who publish a mix of long and short-form posts handle your Micro.blog newsletter. My original thought was to publish a newsletter whenever I added a new post but this has the drawback that subscribers would get an Email for every status update and that could be a bit much. I then thought it might be better to post a weekly digest, but that means that if I write a long-form post, it won’t go out until whenever the newsletter next goes out and it’ll be mixed in with other short-form posts. In addition, for anyone wanting to comment via Email, commenting on a specific post in a digest is not the easiest thing. I suppose another solution would be to just have two blogs, one focusing on long-form posts and the other focusing on short-form, then people could just choose whichever newsletter(s) they might want. What are other folks doing? Am I just over-thinking everything?
