How do I add a webring?

I am part of a webring and want it to be visible on my blog, not just the main site. I found a page about adding webrings here: ℹ️ IndieWeb Ring - #2. It references a setting found at Posts → “Edit Domain & Design” → Footer, but that doesn’t seem to exist anymore. How do I add a webring to my blog? Do I need to subscribe at the $5/month level?

I think Micro.one does not include custom theming, which would be required for editing the design like that.
