Tried importing and adding my Glass posts into my blog using my Glass RSS feed.
Following errors showed up in logs:
Feed: Processing post failed, /home/manton/snippets/models/filter.rb:54:in `include?', Encoding::CompatibilityError, incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8
I figured it out. I had added emoji to my Glass photo descriptions because I use them in Micro.blog to filter into a Photo category, and the emoji were causing the import to break. I went and removed all the emoji from all the photos, and now they are importing.
Thanks for the update. Glad you found a work-around. That’s something we should be able to fix later.
