The link to earlier posts has disappeared from the bottom of my blog’s homepage. Probably something I did, but I can’t figure out how to restore it. Help is appreciated. www.orangejeep.org @JimRain
Not sure what theme you use, but there’s probably a pagination option somewhere that was clicked off.
Yeah. I just cannot find it. Switched to the Default theme to try to make it easier, but still looking for that option.
Error logs include these two items; the first looks relevant to my pagination issue:
Error: Error building site: failed to render pages: render of page failed: execute of template failed: template: _default/single.html:3:3: executing main at <partial article.html .>: error calling partial: execute of template failed: template: partials/article.html:21:3: executing partials/article.html at <partial article-footer.html .>: error calling partial: layouts/partials/article-footer.html:73:11: execute of template failed: template: partials/article-footer.html:73:11: executing partials/article-footer.html at <.Page.Store.Get>: can’t evaluate field Store in type page.Page | 2025-01-30 17:57:25 |

Looks to me like it’s possible you either have a plug in or a custom template hanging around that doesn’t work with your new theme.
@JimRain - I had a similar problem: my category pages showed only 3 posts, and there were no “next” or “previous” links. I went to check the error logs based on your last comment, but didn’t see any.
But I did see the “Rebuild [sitename]” button. Why not, I figured. A few minutes later all my posts are showing in their categories again. Seems like the website equivalent of “turning it off and back on again”, which I don’t love, but it helped in my case.
Just an update on this kind of issue where only some posts are available: I’ve improved how posts are cached in Micro.blog and this shouldn’t happen again. The “Rebuild” button is still there but hopefully it’s needed very rarely now.
