Domain transfer locked

Hello. I want to transfer my domain out, and while I can see the authorization code, I don’t see a button or link to unlock the domain so I can proceed with the domain transfer.

Can you help me out? Thank you.

From what I found on this forum it looks like I need to tag @manton ? Is that how it works?

I’ve now e-mailed the help@micro.blog team since no one replied to this post. How am I supposed to unlock my domain to transfer it? This is usually a button you click at any domain control panel, it shouldn’t require me reaching out to multiple means and people. @manton @sod

We got the email, will follow up shortly! The issue as you noticed is that there’s no unlock button in our domain management interface. I need to add this.

Thank you. Yes, problem solved.

Actually - I was able to initiate the transfer but it’s still in a Pending state.
I haven’t received any e-mail / notification for me to confirm that I’d like the domain transferred, and the DNS is still pointing to micro.blog dns.
I would appreciate more transparency and insight on this process.

It is very common for domain transfers to take a while, usually multiple days. This is outside our control. It’s just a clunky part of how DNS is managed.

I’ll follow up in email too. Thanks!

My domain transfer has failed without any further explanation. I’d like a follow up and more details to why this has happened.

I got your email about this today and will follow up there. My guess is there was an email to confirm the transfer that was never clicked on. People transfer domains in and out of Micro.blog regularly, so I know the process works.

Hi Manton, I have a similar request for my domain, have sent a couple of emails regarding this. Thank you!

Sorry for the delay, will get you an email answer shortly! Thanks.
