A little over a week ago I tried to transfer my domain out but Namecheap says there’s a transfer lock on it. I originally purchased it back in May so it’s definitely past the initial 60 day lockup period. I have the auth code, but even with that Namecheap is telling me there’s a setting you have to change wherever you guys host your domain names. There is no option I can see on the Micro.blog domain settings where I can unlock it myself. I tried to email help@micro.blog over a week ago but still haven’t gotten a response. I sent a message to the @help account today but I have no idea if that’s even something that gets checked regularly.
I followed up in email to fix this. Let us know if there’s still a problem. We need to make the lock/unlock accessible inside Micro.blog.
