Delay re Newsletter Feature

I have run into an issue where I was not able to schedule a newsletter. I have come to understand that you need to be subscribed to a Premium Plan for 2 months before the feature is activated, which is not yet the case with me. So I just have to wait. I just want to note that there is AFAIK no documentation anywhere concerning this 2-month delay (how was I supposed to know?), and when you go to create a newsletter (not knowing you can’t yet), no message or any sort of screen appears to tell you that you are not yet able to create a newsletter. This leaves new subscribers in the dark, and while I won’t say it’s deceptive, the information on the Premium Plan does say it includes the newsletter feature but does not inform the consumer that you can’t use it for the first two months. This information should be upfront and transparent when going to sign up for the Premium Plan. Thanks.
