Crossposting - Bluesky Flickr Mastodon not working

I’ve created a post on the microblog iPhone app a couple of times now with the same workflow I’ve used successfully in the past.

You’ll see the last two posts in my feed are identical, each failed to propagate to the cross posting designation I have in my setup.

Can you provide any support information? I see a couple of errors in my logs but can’t determine if it’s something I need to need to address on my end.

Yes I think something maybe wrong too. I also created a post with Quill and it didn’t cross post to Bluesky and Mastodon. I see no errors in the log and quill showed all the connections but didn’t post to my mastodon instance did post to mastodon via my custom domain.

Same problem this end here. No crossposting in Mastodon and Bluesky this morning.
