Cross posting only posts with a title?

I’d like to cross post posts in my “tech” category to Medium, but only the longer, article-type posts. I figured any post in the tech category with a title would be a good enough metric to include. Is this possible out of the box? As far as I know the feeds are for categories only, no other logic.

If not, I could do this in a custom template in my theme, but wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something obvious first.

Yes, feeds are single-category based. You could probably use filters to make a category for this, though. I know you can do “has title” but not sure if you can do “has this other category”.
