Can't cancel subscription | No replies to email

Hi @manton
I want to cancel my subscription before deleting my account, but the page freezes every time I click the Cancel Subscription button (across multiple browsers).

I wrote to help@micro.blog two week ago and then again last week, but I have not received any response.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can help me delete my account that would be good.

When I try that, I receive a message saying I have an active subscription, so my account can’t be deleted.

Only @manton can delete your account. He might see this thread, but you’re also welcome to email help@micro.blog again from an address that can receive replies, and I’ll make sure the issue gets assigned to him.
