I think it is something to do with accessibility settings and text size that stops it working. I can fix temp by reducing font size

This a bug that’s been there a while for any post long enough for a title but without one. Add a title and it scrolls properly again.
Oh nice work around. I’ll keep title field visible and use that when I need it 
Glad there’s a work-around for now… We’re going to replace this editor in a future version, it has always been a little glitchy on iOS.
