It would be nice to have the automatic alt text in different languages to match the blog’s language.
This is supposed to work now. Do you have a language set on the Account page? If you do and it’s not working, let us know!
I believe the issue is that there are two blogs in different languages. The automatic alt text relies on the language set for the account, not the blog (I think).
It’s correct that I’m using a different language (German) in my secondary blog - in the config.json it’s set to “defaultContentLanguage”:“de”. I hadn’t noticed the account setting, but f I’d set that, it would be main language English, so a per blog basis would be nice.
I see, thanks! I’m going to update the alt text generation to prefer defaultContentLanguage on the blog if it’s there. I’ll make that change later today.
