A closing question as I’m writing this down: do we even need the blogroll plugin (available through Plug-ins the sidebar under Design) anymore? It is not mentioned in the documentation, and the fact that it’s under Design seems to indicate this is now a “built-in” function. If that’s the case, perhaps the plugin should be removed.
