If you’re using iOS, our companion app Wavelength is good for this. It lets you upload podcast episodes with some simple editing.
If you record elsewhere, you can upload any MP3 file to Micro.blog on the web (click the audio button under New Post) and it will also handle all the podcast details. Note that both of these assume you’re using Micro.blog Premium.
