If at the time that my newsletter is due to be created by Micro.blog I have created nothing to fit the newsletter criteria that week/month, is anything sent by MB or is nothing sent?
Nothing is sent. When Micro.blog gathers posts from the last week (or month), if there are no posts to include it just skips that week.
