I created a new page as directed, but not sure how to link the pages and categories I have to the Navigation page (similar to how “Dimpause” has as an example on his site). Pages @ the dim pause What do I paste in the Navigation Page to have that index like his.

Assuming you’ve got the plugin installed the list of pages and topics will be at
https://melsoutdoorlife.com/pages/
for you (which I see it is 
).
To add this to your navigation menu you need to create a page, give it a title then just paste the link https://melsoutdoorlife.com/pages/ (and nothing else!) into the page contents. Make sure the Include this page in your blog navigation box is ticked and add the page.
This will create a redirect page in your menu which links to the page/category list.
