Bookmarking only works with web pages right now. Good suggestion to allow PDFs too (although the Micro.blog highlighting won’t work within PDFs).
I can use hypothes.is and publish those on micro.blog if needed.
You are probably aware but when you embed the bookmark javascript the text editor slows to a crawl.
I have been doing nay post with an embedded bookmark in a text editor first.
