Confusing UI Layout

@manton I would like to see some UI changes as the current layout is a bit confusing, and could use some streamlining / optimization:

  1. Move “Recommendations” out from under the Design menu, and into the website portion of the main menu.
  2. Move “Logs” out from under the Account menu, and into the global group of the main menu.
  3. Move “Replies” into the social group of the main menu.
  4. Move “Bookshelves”, “Movies”, and “Notes” into the website group of the main menu.

I think these changes would do a lot to optimize user interactions with the back end. For example, 1 makes sense since editing blogrolls / recommendations is likely a frequently used feature. 2 is necessary for checking that our sites are building correctly. 3 and 4 just don’t make sense in their current location.

Looking back at this, maybe I’m wrong about #4—maybe those should be in their own group instead. I think it’s confusing because Bookshelves has a feature for creating a post, while Notes is really private, and Movies is built from our blogs.
