The way I like to look at it is that you are effectively cross-posting to the Micro.blog timeline. This means that should you find yourself needing a mulligan on something you just posted, you may also wish to navigate to and remove the post in your Micro.blog timeline.

Sure enough, the author must have taken a mulligan, the valid post isn’t picked up by discovery, and many likely miss out on getting to read what he had to say.
