Subscription issues

Hello. I need help with some subscription issues.

I have the $5.00 paid subscription, but on my subscription page it says I have no active subscriptions, even though there are links to the invoices for my monthly subscription right below it.

I want to upgrade to pay yearly, but because it doesn’t recognize that I have a subscription, I can’t set up the yearly payment.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.
