I was just having this problem today. I did the “rebuild” action, but I had to do it twice, fwiw. Seems fixed now.
Just found this post. Worked like a charm. Kept having post still showing up on my blog but not showing up under “posts.”
Weirdly, after I did a rebuild, the blog was corrected but they reappeared on my timeline. Had to re-remove them.
